It allowed us to have a meaningful conversation with the customer on what to sell, how much to sell and the medium of sale.
Integrated a 3rd Party App with SAP ECC using REST Web Services and a native solution with no off the shelf solutions. Bi-lateral communication using REST allowed the business processes to be modeled and data in real time to be transferred for time-bound decision making such as Order management, Delivery, and PGI.
